Our condo-style suites are some of the most spacious seniors living suites in the area and are offered in a variety of floor plans to suit your personal preferences. With lots of light, you can enjoy a full kitchen, air conditioning, and a 3 piece bathroom in your own bright and comfortable space. Each suite also comes with an emergency response system for added safety and security.

We have 24 of these one bedroom suites, they come in at 528 square feet. They have a comfortable living area with full kitchenette sporting apartment size fridge & stove & plenty of cupboards. The bathroom offers a large handicapped accessible, walk in shower. The suite has its own air conditioning unit and heat thermostat. Our suites are all equipped with a 24/7 emergency response system.
638 SQ FT.
This is our largest one bedroom coming in at 638 square feet with only 4 available. This lovely suite has a large bedroom that sports a walk in closet with plenty of storage. The living area provides lots of light from the large windows. The cute kitchenette has a fridge, stove and room for a microwave and plenty of cupboards. The bathroom offers a large handicapped accessible, walk in shower. The suite has its own air conditioning unit and heat thermostat. Our suites are all equipped with a 24/7 emergency response system.
660 SQ FT.
There are 8 of these suites and they measure 660 square feet. They offer 2 large bedrooms as well as a kitchenette, living area and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher & a spot for a microwave and plenty of cupboards. The bathroom provides a large handicapped accessible, walk in shower. The suite has its own air conditioning unit and heat thermostat. Our suites are all equipped with a 24/7 emergency response system.

This lovely corner suite is our largest accommodations, 8 suites in total, measuring 752 square feet of living area. The large windows and large patio off the main living area offer lots of light. The suite has a large bedroom, cozy den & storage room as well as a cute kitchenette with fridge, stove, storage pantry and room for a microwave and plenty of cupboards. The bathroom offers a large handicapped accessible, walk in shower. The suite has its own air conditioning unit and heat thermostat. Our suites are all equipped with a 24/7 emergency response system.
341 SQ FT.
We have 15 DSL 3 studio suites, measuring 341 square feet. They have a comfortable living area with a full kitchenette sporting an apartment size fridge & stove & plenty of cupboards. The bathroom offers a large handicapped-accessible, walk-in shower. The suite has its own air conditioning unit and heat thermostat. Our suites are all equipped with a 24/7 emergency response system. As a DSL 3 you also get breakfast and evening snack as well as your lunch and supper.

“My mother moved into Emerald Gardens just a month before the pandemic started in 2020. The consistency of the friendly, patient Health Care Aides is the highlight of the care Mom receives. Even with masks on, their good-natured concern brightens her day. They supervise her medication, notice her attendance at meals, greet her in the hallways and promptly respond to her call bell even if she rings it accidentally. The staff working in the Gardens make her feel safe and we know she is safe too.
The complications of care during the pandemic are easing and hopefully we will never go through such a radical time of change again. Considering the regulations, extra resources were put in place and no outbreaks occurred. There were clear, frequent communications to family and residents. Now more than just her designated support person are welcome to visit again and the entertainment for residents can resume.
We are grateful for this friendly facility, knowing Mom is happy when her family can’t be there with her.”
